While participating in a Life Lessons Over Lunch group is open to everyone, launching and leading a Life Lessons group is not. In order to launch an official Life Lessons group, a prospective leader must submit an application and participate in a phone interview. Once a candidate is approved for leadership, we will equip the leader, assist in launching the group, and provide ongoing support as needed.
We have listed the following qualifications for leadership. This is not an exhaustive list, but contains the core elements that we feel are essential to successfully launching a Life Lessons group in your company.
- Leadership candidates must be in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Candidates must have the ability and the time to handle multiple tasks associated with launching a Life Lessons group.
- Candidates should have sufficient relational capital within the organization.
- Candidates should have demonstrated leadership experience.
